Gone in Sixty Seconds

As you may know, I promised a batch of brownies to my daughter, LJ, for answering those brain-boggling questions way back when.

So, this morning I decided I'd get right to it.
Here's a couple of photos I took as I pretended to be a food blogger.



First beat the eggs 'til frothy. Then add sugar, flour and salt.
Do not stir yet.

Melt butter and chocolate. Stir.
Add to other bowl.


Now you can stir!
When mixed nicely, spread smoothly into Pam'd pan.

Bake at 350 for 30,
nope,
45,
no, not quite,
about 50 minutes...
I had to check it all those times
'cuz see,
I doubled the batch so that there would be more of it...
so I could get a nice picture of the finished product...
so that more of you would realize how important it is to answer my brownie point questions!

but it's gone!
in 60 seconds!

Gone? Did I say gone? Even with a double batch, I still didn't get a picture for you.
Well, guess, I'll just have to leave that to your (taste) budding imaginations!
